Handling time

We generally strive to get your order ready shipped in 2 to 3 business days (mo - fr). However, if it's a custom made product, or has a custom length, it can take a bit longer. Have a look at the product detail page to see how much time this will take on average.

Of course, you're also more than welcome to pick up your order(s) at our location in Nieuwegein. Please let us know beforehand. We'll make sure there's someone available to receive you.

Countries and shipment costs

At the moment, we ship to the following countries:

• The Netherlands
  • € 4.25 up to 2kg
  • € 6.95 up to 10kg
  • € 13.90 up to 23kg
  • € 67.50 for anything above 23kg
    
• Belgium 
• Germany
•  France
• Luxembourg
  • € 6.60 up to 2kg
  • € 12.50 up to 30kg
  • € 67.50 for anything above 30kg
    

Of course, no costs will be applied  if you choose to pick up your parcels in Nieuwegein

Return Policy

Most of our products are custom made according to your specifications. We therefore cannot take these items back, unless there's a malfunction.
For off-the-shelve items, we do offer refunds if sent back within 30 days. This excludes potential shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning items. We want to make sure items will arrive undamaged and in good order.
